Dear Frédéric,

as usual, thanks for the European Bureau Newsletter, which is a great
tool to keep informed about what is going on in Europe.
That said, I was surprised not to see a report of the UNESCO conference
in Paris last week. I was looking forward to a summary of what happened
and the final acts of the conference.
