[Chapter-delegates] FW: Application for ISOC Montenegro Chapter

On behalf of ISOC-Yemen, I too welcome the formation of the ISOC Montenegro
chapter.

While I love its traditional music and admire its national team, I don't
know much about Montenegro as a country. Nor do I personally know the
founding members but like the composition of their professional backgrounds
and the formulation of their application.

Having chapters from new countries is beautiful and presents an opportunity
to expand our network and potentially have positive impact on the community
as a whole.

So it is a definite Yes from me :)
