[Chapter-delegates] FW: Application for ISOC Montenegro Chapter

Dear Joyce

I am very glad to see this application and welcome the formation of this chapter. 

Last week I had an opportunity to met a couple of people from the University of Montenegro on the list during the ISOC IXP workshop on setting up an IXP in Montenegro - www.itc.ac.me.

I know Natasa Djukanovic and Predrag Lesic really well also through the registry work as they are involved in many local projects and activities on building an active start-up Internet community
but also a volunteer community.
