Dear Raquel, all,

I am overjoyed to be able to support the application for ISOC Republica
Dominicana.

The member roster you have shared is diverse, solid, and a good predictor
for success since the launch. It combines people with experience in the
telecommunications and the Internet worlds, with some of the best
technologists around assisting both from abroad and locally, battle-proven
ccTLD administrators, and many other profiles. We know many of them closely
and since long time ago and can vouch without doubt for their commitment to
ISOC's shared values. This is - on the basis of our knowledge - an
unusually rich and ready chapter application deserving all support and high
expectations.

Yours,

Alejandro Pisanty
