[Chapter-delegates] Chapter AC - representatives list

Dear Chapter Leaders,

It seems some of you had some challenges with the document posted on Box, so we have added the possibility to add your Chapter AC representative directly from the Chapter Portal. (https://portal.isoc.org)

Your respective Chapter AMS admin will be able to access the portal and create a new role under the tab 'Chapter Administration and then the tab 'Leaders'. (click Add Chapter Leader and choose Chapter AC representative)

This will also allow each Chapter to update this information when necessary and will ensure that any new Chapter has the possibility to add their representative as well.

Please remember you have one representative on the Council per Chapter.
