   Apologies for the late announcement, i'd forgotten to forward this to the 
Chapters list.  Hoping many of you are now having a productive meeting at 
ICANN-53 in BA, our President Aris Ignacio would be happy to meet you all there, 
as our VP-Dev Benjz Sevilla was positively enervated by the interaction and 
energy at the APAC Chapters' Workshop at INET-Colombo.
