This is  an interesting project  I found  when searching  Community   WIFI
and the  tech team  supply  routers  for the sake of testing local
broadband  speeds.

We are testing a unit with the local  computer  club  in Oshawa, Ontario
Canada

They send the free router including the cost of duties and  postage.
