[Chapter-delegates] Reminder: Chapter AC - representatives list

​I am happy to report that, by consensus, Avri Doria has been selected to
be ISOC-NY's Chapter AC representative for a 2-year term

We are sure her diligence and wide experience in Internet policy affairs
will benefit not just Chapters, but the Society as a whole.
