[Chapter-delegates] IETF remote hubs

Dear all,
For those chapters in developing countries interested in promoting IETF participation, we would like to share some activities that worked well in the Latin America region.
Sometimes people that follow the IETF mailing lists and eventually participate remotely, do not have enough incentives to follow up on topics or comment on issues in which they may be experienced. But when they meet with colleagues for a working group session, they can have their own discussions locally before sharing their experiences in the session or later in the mailing list.
We currently named those local small meetings remote hubs, although that name could be misleading. They’re not as complex as other remote hubs we’re used to. These are just remote sessions for a working group where 5-10 people share their interest and knowledge on a specific topic and meet locally to make their remote participation more attractive.
