[Chapter-delegates] Google for Non Profits

I might have been wrong. Glenn wrote to me off list to list countries
covered which includes India. I must have missed something, as his original
link took me to http://www.google.com/nonprofits/products/ and the "Join
the Program" link took me to http://www.google.com/nonprofits/join/ on
which page "Apply to Google for Non-Profits" led me to page
https://www.google.com/nonprofits/account/u/0/signup/us which said
Membership Application

Only registered and recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofits headquartered in the
