IEEE  Is looking for proposals  from the IEEE Sections.  I know lots of you
are  IEEE Section members or  IEEE SIGHT  members.    I am working on one
on the HAM RADIO and BROADBAND.   Amateur Radio is an important tool for
search and rescue and many of you might be  Technician or Advanced members
of your local radio club   I am attaching  a paper
