[Chapter-delegates] Ley mordaza

Hi Carlos and all , I suppose you are talking about new Spanish law . 
it's only a part of the problem here in Spain . For the rest of member 
who don't talk Spanish the first idea will be to translate this , and 
write more in depth the final consequence for the people of this 
terrible law ( in english if is possible )
 From Spain Aragon Chapter we are organizing a two days event the days 
4-5 of september , and would be a good idea , to include this in the 
agenda ( to discuss and act against this law )
