[Chapter-delegates] Open Source and Open Hardware

Hi everyone,

I'm also interested into this kind of initiatives. During last three years,
we've organized Hardware Freedom Day here in Madrid, Spain, to showcase
local projects and gain higher visibility. If you're launching something
formally I'd like to engage into it.
