[Chapter-delegates] Meet and Greet in Washington

Last  night at the Science  Club  the  Washington DC and  ISOC  Canada
hosted the  Meet and Greet for the NCUC, NPOC and Business Constituency
Groups of  ICANN who did a  two day capacity building  session

A  special thanks  to Paul Brigner  and Kathy Brown who sponsored the even
with a nibbles.  It was  a well attended and enjoyable  informal  event
meeting various  different  leaders of the  Washington DC  council
