[Chapter-delegates] A few updates on NMI

Richard,

I too am very thankful to Bob Hinden and to Kathy Brown for their reports,
messages and good work.

Let me express my profound disagreement with your statement for NMI. First,
at the most general level, it assumes that NMI is necessary, and is read as
too happy that a single, overarching Internet governance structure may
emerge.

As far as I can tell both views have not been backed by ISOC and are in
fact contrary to ISOC's accumulated views, experience, principles and
outlook.

Going into more detail, I oppose statements or phrases such as "in their
respective roles", for favorign a silo approach instead of a collaborative
stance, and many others. Going into further detail would drag us into a
rathole and I refuse to go that way when we have such a massive discrepancy
at the highest level.

Yours,

Alejandro Pisanty
