[Chapter-delegates] NCUC and NPOC Event in Washington starting on Jan 11

[Glenn McKnight]

Judith Hellerstein of  ISOC  DC  and   Glenn McKnight will be organizing
a  Happy Hour  on Tuesday night  on  January 13th  after the  day session.

If any  ISOC  members  are attending the  session please let us know
since  Judith will be locating a local  walking distance bar near the
event.
