We had a different issue at the Belgrade Chapter.
Instead of 80+ members showing on our list, the AMS number fell down to a much lower level - without any notification why
members were deleted.
When we tried to put back some of existing members, the message was said, unable to add, already an existing member.
We have alerted chapter staff of this anomaly in the AMS system.

I didn't notice this issue on the platform. But we usually don't check the AMS immediately after getting applications. Did you contact ISOC staff for support?

does this happen to you? I get email from the chapter management system telling me of new applicants, but when I go to the page where the Applicants list should be in order to process the applications, the list is just not there.

It is happening to me right now and has happened before, lasting more than a day till suddenly the list is there upon a new visit to the page.

Any guidance to this one more annoying feature of AMS will be welcome.
