[Chapter-delegates] Maker/DIY event

Thanks Joly. I enjoyed the video.

We've worked on Arduinos, Raspis & wearables, and got hold of a Makey-makey
early on in Jan 2013 (but haven't got around to using Scratch). We see a
lot of potential for using these to creatively engage students as well as
teachers.

Perhaps ISOC should consider a program where chapters in different parts of
the world can work together on some of these areas. For the next
generation, programming would be an essential life skill (even in the
developing world), and it is important to ensure they are exposed to
alternative views of what programming is about.
