[Chapter-delegates] Sad news from the Netherlands / RIPE

The San Francisco Bay Area ISOC Chapter shares the sadness of this 
tremendous loss.  Our sincere condolences to the RIPE Community and Dr. 
Blokzijl 's Family & Friends.
