[Chapter-delegates] Application to form a Chapter in the Research Triangle (North Carolina)

Dear Colleagues,

The following application to start a Chapter in  the "Research Triangle" located in North Carolina
It is being sent to the chapter delegates community for peer comment and
review.

Please note that the Chapter is not yet formed and has not officially been
recognised by the Internet Society.

The period allowed for comments is two weeks from today and the deadline
is September 2nd, 2015.

Please do not hesitate to contact me or Paul Brigner on or off list.
