[Chapter-delegates] Application to form a chapter in Haiti

Estimada Nancy y colegas:

Desde Republica Dominicana celebramos esta iniciativa del hermano pais de
Haiti. Su comunidad tecnica siempre ha sido muy proactuva en los temas de
Internet y esta es una nueva muestra de su interes. Conozco algunos de las
personas que conforman en Capitulo y se de su trayectoria en bien del
desarrollo de la sociedad de la informacion en Haiti.

Sera de mucho beneficio para todos la integracion del capitulohaitiano a la
familia ISOC.
