[Chapter-delegates] Application received for Internet of Food Special Interest Group

The Internet of Food SIG might also address the problem of plant diseases
by exploring databases of healthy and diseased plant images that could be
used to help farmers diagnose crop problems (take photo with mobile, search
for match in the database, connect with experts to redress the problem)...
