[Chapter-delegates] Application to form a chapter in Barbados

Judith, Nancy,

from among members of the proposed Barbados chapter we have seen displayed
conducts and a discourse that is way outside, and on occassions openly
against, the civility, tolerance and constructive approach of ISOC. This
has happened often and recently and is well documented in the At Large
space. I do have a positive opinion of Jason but find the request
problematic. May I suggest a small, informed group support ISOC staff in
making this decision before it is final?
