Hi Joyce ,
My bad , I was going to move them to Prospective since I have their application -I already made the correction in aptify- .
I have 2 questions for you :
1. I asked Raquel about the procedure she was doing for new chapters and she told that bylaws should be before peer review -at least a draft- (see email attached) . She says she was doing it in this way because of the expectations of the community and the time involved to get the bylaws. I want to check with you before I send the peer review for Chile and Barbados.
-> I prefer that everyone follows the same procedure and as mentioned I don't like them to start working on the bylaws before the peer review as it may well be that they simply do not make it through the peer review. For example the Internet of Food was not accepted as a Chapter by the other chapters, and if they would have done bylaws already they would have had to start all over again... So unless it's an exceptional case where for some reason we need to move fast there is no reason to not follow the normal procedure as described https://isoc.box.com/s/doqrl4765vahqv2zfdvwjepod24w9cu0
1. This is my first message for peer review , I have a template for this purpose but I am not sure about the recipients...
-> the template is very simple (see attached). It should be posted along with the application on chapter-delegates at elists.isoc.org and posted on the Chapter Leaders Community on Connect (the global one not the regional one).
Regards,
Nancy
