[Chapter-delegates] Indian startups are pulling out of Facebook's Internet.org to protect net neutrality

The message when you try to open internet.org from Kolkata India categorically says, " To access Internet.org you will have to be on Reliance Network. If you want to access freely these website, please use Reliance Sim Card". Attaching screenshot.
This is being defended by Mark (Facebook) in his post on Internet.org facebook page as something is better than anything.
