[Chapter-delegates] Our thoughts are with the ISOC-Nepal chapter and Nepalese people

Dear Babu and the ISOC-NP team,

On behalf of myself and ISOC-Yemen, I express to you our sympahies and
condolences for the death of hundreds of Nepalese people due to today's
massive earthquake. I hope that you were not harmed and are managing
despite the tragedy.

My thoughts are with you and with the Nepalese and other affected people in
South Asia and trust that you will emerge strong and resilient and will
recover from this devestating natural disaster.
