In short: out of my head I see 4 main directions under discussion in Germany. Some are also addressed on https://ISOC.DE

  *   extension of legal surveillance by intelligence services (and maybe police)
  *   restrictions on free cryptography
  *   extended data preservation (of connection data)
  *   a new law on cyber security (sounds good in general but has some strings attached).
