[Chapter-delegates] Chapter Advisory Council

Hi Joyce, Bob, fellow Delegates,

thanks for this excellent news; an achievement which took many years to
materialize and that now is upon all of us to make good.

Let's make sure that the vigorous discussion and contributions for the
chapters find in the new Advisory Council one more channel and not a
substitute; that Chapter leaders who have been elected Trustees find a new
channel in which they feel invited to take part in discussions and in the
construction of ISOC's plans, policy interventions and actual work; and
that as a whole ISOC benefits from this new structure.

Congratulations to all involved over the years.
