[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Ghana Elects New CHapter EXCOM

Accra, 14 April, 2015 – The InternetSociety Ghana Chapter has elected a new executive committee to steer theaffairs of the Chapter for the next two years.  The keenly first-ever online-based electionssaw the following nine-members emerge as the officers-elect:President MarcusGadzekpo Adomey; Vice-President – Roger Baah; General Secretary,  Eric Kuma-Baku;Assistant General Secretary,Francis Amaning; Financial Controller-James Adjamali.
 
Standingcommittee Chairs elected included:  
EmmanuelAgyeman - Membership;Andaratu Vanessa Issah (Ms) -Technical Projects; Samuel Dodoo –Education;Vera Akumiah (Mrs.) - Programmes and Communication.
 
The new EXCOM will be sworn into office by the chairman of the Chapter BOT, Dr. Nii Quaynor on 29 April, 2015 and will serve a two-year term.
