Thank you for raising this. The response we received from Afghanistan says:
"
The primary languages would be Afghanistan's two official languages, Pashto and Dari. We will also be using English. Yes, we have members who are located in Jalalabad and Herat cities."

Hi Naveed:
I have a question: what will be the language in which the Chapter will primary work? Are there any plans to reach out to minority users?
Also it would be good to know if there are any founders or potential groups of members outside of the capital.
