Hi All - Today, the IGF main morning session focused on the evolution of the Internet governance ecosystem and the role of the IGF. Kathy Brown warned that the first principle of whatever we do on or for the Internet should be: Don't break it.

The afternoon main session featured the wrap-up of the new Best Practice Forums with opening remarks from Constance Bommelaer. The Best Practice Forums kick-started the first outcome-oriented IGF track ever, and addressed existing and emerging Internet issues, with a view to producing tangible solutions.

Finally, in case you missed it yesterday, the highly attended afternoon focus session, "Net Neutrality: Towards a common understanding of a complex issue," was moderated by Markus Kummer, with Sally Wentworth as a speaker. The session generated plenty of lively discussion, and we also noted this article that mentions the panel. http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/innovations/wp/2014/09/03/why-internet-governance-should-be-left-to-the-engineers/
