Telecom policy chat doesn't get much better than FCBA panels, snd we don't
see them that often. The last one covered was about the incentive auction

Broadband event is so esoteric it doesn't even have a dedicated url!
Remarkable if you look at the speaker line up. Nevertheless we are able to
