[Chapter-delegates] Chapters Advisory Council

Hello everybody,
 
I am really pleased to see that the chapters advisory council sees some more interest now.
I must excuse myself for being silent so long but after being elected to the board I was not sure if it would be appropriate to continue as part of the conveners group and retired myself more or less from the editor’s group.

Also I will dare suggest that a TF of 40 may prove unwieldy.
