Either from the past task force or doing something new, this seems to be the right time to move forward.

Raul has offered to restart this project. With him and Hans Peter knowing the staff and Trustees' view, and John and you representing the grassroots, it should be possible to see action soon. Could the four of you announce a deadline?

Indeed some 40+ Chapters volunteered. But as has been observed, things went quiet, in anticipation of the next steps.
