Hi Tracy,

The results have been published at our ITU related issues community  here:

The update on the results is that Winthrop Yu had visa issues and was unable to travel. We called the next candidate in line according selection results, which has been Avri Doria, partially funded for attending Plenipot 2014 and already on the ground.
