[Chapter-delegates] A chapter consortium for a UNESCO Internet governance project?

Hi there.

Does anyone else have any updates on this?

I was involved with one proposal that received its rejection letter this
week. In fact, the response was ambiguous whether it was just this specific
proposal that failed, or whether UNESCO had decided not to proceed at all
with the project.

I will be interesting to see who, if anyone, gets the contract. Sometimes,
even in an "open" bidding process, the winner is known before the RFP is
published. :-P
