[Chapter-delegates] Fadi Chehade/ICANN wants to take charge with solutions for security

Joly, Vint, Dave, Sivasubramanian,

this "could be" is naive if it is not understood as a testable proposition.

Once unleashed, forces like those within WEF and affine governments - not
some evil empire but Springer and the EU, for example - may wish to thank
Fadi and start moving their own ways. e-G8 anybody? or is our memory too
short?

We are already seeing governments and industry groupings warm up to the
concept of national-level coordinating structures. And they don't look
good.

Those attending the ICANN meeting will be in the best position to ask
directly. And to demand something different, if needed.
