[Chapter-delegates] Call for Input into Board skills criteria

I know, and I agree.

You have to be able to take a look behind the curtain somehow. This is 
why it might be useful to add a short video to what I wrote, but still, 
IMHO a F2F with some well prepared questions will give a more complete 
assesment, including non-verbal and body language.
