[Chapter-delegates] SAVE THE DATE: ISOC Community Forum: Internet governance landscape - ITU Plenipot and beyond to 2015

Joly,

re inviting chapter members to this discussion, I asked Joyce and have her
positive confirmation.

This is a huge step of openness by ISOC that we don't see in e.g. the
conveners of the ITU Plenipot and others presenting positions there.
