And that may well be the case. But it seems at the end of the day, they
are just one of five permanent member votes (maybe supervotes?). And while
I appreciate the bottom-up nature you explain for cgi.br, it seems in
stark contrast to the proposed NETmundial Initiative (putting aside that I
still do not know what it is intended to do, other than spend a lot of
money to form and hold a big meeting).
