Thanks for responding and listing some issues. Can you explain each of these in a bit more detail? For example, does regional traffic infrastructure mean more/better Internet exchange points or better local caching of content that might have to travel long distances from remote datacenters?
And on local market conditions for access, does that mean how to get more access to more people? Or the regulatory treatment of each provider or a lack of infrastructure investment?
