Thanks Raul, this is not meant specifically for you or specifically targeting your post but rather the total disregard for netiquette from the majority of new ISOC people. 

I am of strong belief that the first and foremost role for ISOC regards human interactions using the Internet (i.e. Internet society). 

So, I'm really sorry guys but my ability to participate in ISOC global activities has been completely undermined and hampered by the constant top posting - poor, abusive and wasteful use of mailing lists - and the cherry on top is the new mailing list systems that a) require top posting b) disregard the other top six important rules of netiquette. 

I've discussed this with key ISOC global people who have decided that we don't need netiquette any longer.  I am not in agreement.
