[Chapter-delegates] New Board of ISOC Canada Chapter

I am pleased to report that the Board of the Canada Chapter today held its
first meeting since its recent election. In fact this was the first-ever
meeting of the full 11-person Board since the Chapter was chartered.

The Directors are:

   - Kerry Brown
   - Nancy Carter
   - Tim Denton
   - Lynne Hamilton
   - Sam Lanfranco
   - Evan Leibovitch
   - Glenn McKnight
   - Marita Moll
   - Bill Reid
   - John Stonier
   - Christian Tacit

The energy and skillsets of this group is excellent, and I look forward to
great things ahead.
