I am not sure I follow you, Richard.
What conflict of interest? Publish on your site who is your sponsor for 
that particular project, and that in most cases should be enough.
After all, if you or the sponsor don't have any interest in the matter 
your project covers, then the sponsor is wasting their money, no? I 
don't say there should be a conflict of interest.
Also, I am not sure what is the relation with the organizational members 
of ISOC?
