Dear All,
Well, the BoT and certain ISOC chapters which are more established can
share their experience and provide advice on how this can be done. But
it is really the tasks of the local chapters' board and they need to
think about ways to achieve this. Every government and culture will
dictate a different set of rules and success factors. I am more than
happy to share my experience in London during the meeting.
