[Chapter-delegates] ECJ: Internet search engine's data processing responsibilities

Think of the illogicality of the decision. In order to ‘protect’ the privacy of an individual, we would REQUIRE a PRIVATE company to RECORD AND KEEP the PRIVATE information of the individual.

I.e., instead of the desired effect of erasing the individual’s information, this requires the PERMANENT STORAGE of the individual’s information.

Bizarre, Orwellian request, near Kafkaesque, if you ask me.
