[Chapter-delegates] ISOC submission to call for input on ICANN draft IANA process

I will be more specific:

Further to this thread: now that the submissions of many organizations for
the IANA transition Steering Committee have been made, it is remarkable how
most of them are strictly of the kind that demand a seat at the table or
otherwise cater to the organizaitons' own interests.

There is essentially none that puts an overarching principle of stewardship
over the whole system first and foremost.

I deeply deplore that ISOC's submission falls much in the first category
and not in the second one. This must be disappointing for many who, like
me, joined ISOC over the last many years to contribute to the broad view
and the general interest.
