[Chapter-delegates] IEEE Chapters and ISOC

Hi

I have  mentioned this  before  and perhaps  I need to suggest  a  ISOC
 Newsletter post to encourage the ISOC  Delegates  to contact their  local
sections of  IEEE. Many  IEEE members are part of  ISOC and vice versa.
 IEEE has  over 450,000 world wide membership and is dedicated to using
 technology for humanity purposes.

Today I am sharing an idea for the chapters to get involved in SIGHT

The  SIGHT  program  provides  some seed money to start a humanitarian
