[Chapter-delegates] 2013 ISOC Board of Trustees Election Results

Dear Desiree,

thanks a lot for this news, and congratulations to all newly elected
Trustees.

I am glad that this announcement comes just on the heels of several threads
of discussion that should heighten the expectations Chapters fairly have of
intense interaction and a strong Board of Trustees that leads
collaboratively with all of us.

Of course this entails a high level of responsibility for us but we have
proven ourselves up to that measure before and I'm sure we will again.
