[Chapter-delegates] 2013 ISOC Board of Trustees Election Results

Congratulations to Hans Peter, Gihan and Hiroshi!

Thanks to all of the candidates that stood in the election. Having had
some experience in the past in looking for volunteers ready to stand in
elections it's not an easy job to find good people that are motivated to
give their time for free to help with the growth of the organisation.

So my thanks also go to both the Elections Committee and the Nominating
Committee. Thankless jobs, but someone's got to do those jobs.
